Qigong 0ffers practitioners some simple movements that powerfully heal body, mind, and spirit. 
Based in Traditional Chinese Medicine's 5 Element Theory, developed thousands of years ago and continously updated by contemporary masters. It consists of 10 Qigong exercises, recipes for supportive meals, and simple lifestyle changes.
